How to know about myself?


For knowing yourself you don’t have to do any physical activity, instead just sit and relax first. Look at the things around you, say no meaning to each item around you (e.g chair has no meaning), then repeat it for some time. After that you will feel that things around you has actually no meaning unless you give meaning to them.

Same happens with us, like you are just a thing for everybody e.g any person. You make yourself by you only e.g by thoughts, behavior. Start observing your activities and surrounding too. Because sometimes your surrounding tells everything about you. It is always true that you are having the same thinking as your friends. “So if you think, you don’t have good surrounding, then find a new one!”

In today’s time, you are defining yourself  according to your ambitions and current  situations and being anxious about it, but  remember back in childhood days when you  were a kid, you were just doing normal things  and living in present life and you were so  happy. 

Doing what you love is going to make you happy. So start finding your interest (if don’t have, make a new one) and if you can make it as your career option, then start working on it and enjoy your life.

But some of the people might say that the achievement we got also made us happy but let me tell you, can you remember the prize you got in your 10th standard and also ask this from your friends. I am sure, there are going to say no and probably you too. Because the materialistic happiness last for few time only.

But if you want the continuous happiness then you have to find the happiness in every moment of your life and also just accept the world as it is because you are not able to change it (but you can change yourself according the world, then you will never feel bad.)

At last, I want to say that give at least one hour a day to yourself (at that time, you can think of your body, mind, also whatever you have learnt at that day, and also how you can improve yourself).
